About the Role

Sapphire Labs is looking for a Senior Intacct Implementation Consultant to join our Digital Transformation practice. This is a client-facing role focused on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Sage Intacct to help organizations streamline their finance and accounting operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Sage Intacct experience, a strong accounting and finance background, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system configurations. You will work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations, drive user adoption, and support measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects

• Work directly with clients to understand accounting processes, business requirements, and operational workflows

• Translate client requirements into effective Sage Intacct configurations and solutions

• Configure Intacct modules, workflows, and system functionality based on client needs

• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and workflow automations

• Support data conversion and migration from legacy accounting or ERP systems

• Set up and support integrations with third-party applications

• Conduct training sessions for finance and accounting teams

• Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities

• Provide functional and technical support during and after implementation

• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining scope, quality, and deadlines

• Ensure clients follow Sage Intacct best practices and maximize the value of the platform

• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders and Sapphire Labs’ product and consulting teams

Key Experience

• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct implementations, configurations, or advanced end-user environments

• Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct functionality and workflows

• Experience working with the Sage Intacct Contracts module

• Strong accounting and finance operations background

• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders

• Experience translating accounting and business requirements into system configurations

• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes

• Advanced English proficiency for direct client engagement

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on Sage Intacct experience

• Experience with Sage Intacct implementations, system configuration, or advanced administration

• Strong knowledge of the Sage Intacct Contracts module

• Strong accounting background, ideally including U.S. accounting practices

• Experience gathering client requirements and translating them into Intacct solutions

• Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, and workflow configuration

• Experience supporting data conversion, migration, or system integrations

• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and priorities independently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced English proficiency for direct client engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Desirable Skills

• Sage Intacct certification

• Previous ERP implementation or consulting experience

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP platforms

• Experience with third-party integrations and workflow automation

• Experience developing complex financial reports and dashboards

• Experience with data migration and conversion projects

• Experience working with finance and accounting teams in a consulting environment
